Description: Contractor shall provide equipment, material and manpower to remediate water/mold damage resulting from a water line break in building 29, room A1011/A1011-A/A1011-G and building 1, room 530 at Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, 1201 E. Ninth Street, Bonham, Texas 75418. Contractor shall also do build-back as part of this procurement. The floorplan of areas will be provided by VAMC as well as the last Asbestos survey and mold remediation protocol.
