- This solicitation for commercial products or commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This commercial item is being procured open market with an SDVOSB set-aside. Solicitation Number 36C24W26Q0013. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
