- The purpose of this Request for Information is to gauge 8A contract holders' potential interest in this requirement and potential capability of providing experienced and/or certified instructors for the technical and specialized curriculum taught at Government and contractor facilities or educational institutions to help fulfill the mission goals described in the attached DRAFT performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 29 August 2025 for a potential Task Order with USACE-HNC. Please Note: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b), this Request for Information is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking proposals at this time and will *not* accept unsolicited proposals in response to this Request for Information. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if one is issued. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor correspondence for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The primary and secondary points of contact for this Request for Information are: Ms. Atiya K. Vaughn; Email: atiya.vaughn@usace.army.mil and Ms. Coronica L. Maehew; Email: coronica.l.maehew@usace.army.mil. Interested vendors are requested to provide an affirmative response to this announcement and details on its capabilities for performing the services outlined in the attached DRAFT PWS. All responses shall include the information: i. Company name, Cage Code, UEI, address, technical point of contact information (Name, title, email address, and phone number), and if a small business, please state the applicable small business socio-economic category/categories. ii. A description of the organization's capabilities for performing the Government's requirement set forth in the attached DRAFT PWS. This description shall include a list of current and/or prior contracts for which your company is performing or has performed for the same or similar services. All responses to this notice must be unclassified. No classified response will be accepted. All information received in response to this Request for Information that are marked proprietary, will be handled accordingly. Responses to this notice will not be returned.
