- Solicitation Amendment 0003 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to: 1. Answer Industry Questions. See attached Amendment 0003 documentation for additional details. NOTE: Update on 13 November 2025 only includes Questions and Answers 0003. An official amendment with Questions and Answers incorporated is to follow. Solicitation Amendment 0002 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to: 1. Answer Industry Questions 2. Update Attachment #3 Section L, all revisions are in red text 3. Update Attachment #4 Section M, all revisions are in red text 4. Add FAR Clause 52.245-1 5. Add DFARS Clause 252.245-7003 6. Add NAVSEA Text L-245-001 7. Add NAVSEA Text L-245-002 8. Incorporate Attachment #6, Government Furnished Property 9. Update Exhibit A, CDRLs, in accordance with Q&A, Question 31 10. Update Attachment #2, Statement of Work, all revisions are in red text. Revision is in accordance with Q&A, Question 24 See attached Amendment 0002 Documents for additional details. Solicitation Amendment 0001 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to: 1. Answer Industry Questions 2. Update Attachment #3 Section L, all revisions are in red text 3. Update Attachment #4 Section M, all revisions are in red text 4. Updated Clause 52.209-3 Section (b) 5. Extend solicitation closing date two (2) weeks to 21 November 2025 NOTE: Due to fleet needs, the Government will not provide any further extensions to this solicitation. See attached Amendment 0001 Documents for additional details. Questions and Answers - 0001 has been added to the solicitation. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAC IDIQ) Contract for TR-317 Series Hull Penetrator Assemblies, as described in the Statement of Work in support of the Sensors and Arrays Division (Code 153). The resultant contract will contain provisions for delivery orders to be awarded on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis. This MAC IDIQ will have an ordering period from date of contract award through sixty (60) months after date of award. See the attached solicitation and attachments for additional details.
