- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Snow Removal and Sanding Services, Hop Brook Lake and Naugatuck River Basin Office, Middlebury, CT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform snow removal and sanding activities at the Hop Brook Lake Project Office, Hop Brook Lake Off- Season Parking Lot, Hop Brook Lake Main Entrance Road and Fee Booth Parking Lot and Naugatuck River Basin Office in Middlebury, CT. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
