- NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY This project will be solicited to the Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Surroung Area MATOC. Contractor Information on the IDIQ contractor may be found on our web site at: https://highways.dot.gov/federal-lands/business/construction-contracting/yellowstone-grand-teton PROJECT: WY NPS GRTE 2020(1) Moose Wilson Road Phase 2 and WY NP GRTE 11(1), Teton Park Road � Moose To Taggart Lake Trailhead LOCATION: Teton County. 15 miles North of Jackson, Wyoming. WORK: This work consists of reconstruction, utilities, grading, aggregate, asphalt pavement, minor concrete pavement, roadway obliteration, and site improvements. LENGTH: 2.95 TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Winter 2027 CONTRACT TYPE: Negotiated Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000. This project is anticipated to be solicited Fall/Winter 2025. INTERESTED VENDORS LIST: To view the Interested Vendors List, you must register as a SAM user, be logged in, and linked to an entity.
