The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, facilities, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to remove the existing roof system and replace with new EPDM single ply membrane roof system. NAICS Code: 238160 Roofing Contractors (Foundation, Structure and Building Exterior Contractors) Size Standard: $19 Million Place of Performance: Rock Island Arsenal Commissary, Building 334 Rodman Avenue, Rock Island Arsenal, IL 61299-7280. Period of Performance: 18 months Anticipated Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Security Clearances/Special Qualifications: Security Checks and Vetting on a Military Base or TBD.
