This is the finalized RFP from the posting entitled ""Draft RFP - Technical Expertise and Support Services for the FHWA Office of Safety."" Minor changes from the draft document are noted in red font color in this final RFP. Amendment 1 extends the Phase 1 due date through December 2, 2025.
