- Page 2 of 4 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Nitrile Examination Gloves This is Market Research per FAR Part 10 and an Industry Day Announcement. VA Road Show January 7-8, 2026; VA Roadshow VA TAC, SAC, NAC, OI&T, VHA Industry Day is to be held on January 8, 2026. Industry Day portion will be $0.00 which requires registration and will be limited to 5 representatives per manufacturer. Current VA demand for Nitrile Gloves Current method of purchase for VA Information VA is seeking: Company Name Are you a manufacturer or authorized distributor of Nitrile Gloves, If manufacturer do you contract directly with the government, or do you only use utilized authorized suppliers? If supplier, which companies are you authorized to supply for? Size Status Name and location of manufacturer, if headquarters is different location than manufacturing plant, please list all locations Where does your company manufacture gloves? What is your current capability Monthly production of gloves What type of demand signal is needed from the VA to provide certainty needed for industry to expand Nitrile Glove production capacity investment in the United States Specs of gloves Medical/Dental/Industrial FDA approval? Do you white label/private label for other companies? If so, which companies Raw materials do you use 100% US domestic raw materials; if not Which materials are non-domestic and where do you source these materials Are your items complaint with Make PPE in America? Nitrile Butadine Rubber (NBR) Production Does your company have capability to produce domestic NBR; if not Is your company working towards NBR Production? When do you anticipate your plant going online? What will your NBR capabilities be? If not working towards NBR production, would there be anything, including any signal from the VA, to build out production capabilities? We d also like samples to be brought to the industry day. We are asking that 2 different lots of each size for each type of nitrile glove that your company produces be brought to the industry day. Please provide the following by 4pm EST on Tuesday December 16, 2025: Interest and if you are attending solely for the industry day or if you will attend the Road Show.
