- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HT941026Q2003 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes (RFQs) are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941026Q2003. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective 10/01/2025 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change 10/24/2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 813110. The size standard is $13.0 Million. The Product and Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is G002. This is an unrestricted procurement, inviting full and open competition. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This Requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act Determination 2015-5635 This requirement is for the Roman Catholic Priest Services for the Pastoral Care Department at Naval Medical Center San Diego. This requirement is to provide spiritual care to active-duty military personnel, their dependents, eligible Navy civilian employees, and other eligible beneficiaries through Roman Catholic Priest Day-Time Services at Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA 92134.
