- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Lancaster (Dallas) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) intends to release a requirement to provide Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Diagnostics/Repair for two Mitsubishi Robots for the: Department of Veterans Affairs Lancaster (Dallas) CMOP 2962 South Longhorn Drive Lancaster, TX 75134-2118 RFQ: 36C77026Q0033 SET ASIDE CATEGORY: Total SDVOSB set-aside PSC: J036 (Maint, Repair, & Rebuild of Equip - Special Industry Machinery) NAICS: 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maint ISSUE DATE: 11-18-25 RESPONSE DUE DATE: 11-26-25 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Year Base period plus 4 Option Years All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Response must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor SAM.gov for the changes or amendments. All solicitation packages will be submitted via email. 1. SF1449 - Solicitation cover page (blocks 30a-c completed and signed); see block 20 for additional submittal requirements. 2.
