N0016426SNB18 - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT � NIGHT VISION GOGGLE FILTER - PSC 5915 - NAICS 334419 Issued Date: 18 November 2025 - Closing Date: 5 December 2025 MARKET SURVEY - SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC-CR) is issuing this RFl/sources sought announcement as part of market survey seeking information on commercially available or developmental solutions for a Clip On Filter for Night Vision Goggles (NVGs) to block interfering laser radiation from accompanying vehicle Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) navigation systems. The laser interferes with nearby operating force�s ability to use NVGs. Anticipated solution is using a notch filter to block the unwanted wavelengths from penetrating the objective of the NVG.
