Must use SmartFlo or equivalent adaptive fluid control technology that automatically adjusts flow to maintain target intrauterine pressure. Must include touchscreen interface for real-time visualization of pressure, inflow/outflow volumes, and fluid deficit. Must display real-time deficit values with visual and audible alerts when approaching safety thresholds. Must provide three selectable suction levels (Low, Medium, High) with the capability for rapid suction performance (up to 4× faster than standard Fluent system). Must allow for automatic balancing between inflow and outflow to maintain consistent cavity distention and visualization. Pressure and Flow Monitoring Must measure and display intrauterine pressure in mmHg with accuracy within ±5 mmHg. Must regulate fluid inflow to maintain the surgeon-set pressure throughout resection and evacuation phases. Must allow user-defined safety limits for fluid deficit based on patient condition and procedure type. Integration and Compatibility Must be fully compatible with Hologic MyoSure® tissue-removal devices and accessories currently used at the C.W. Bill Young VAMC.
