- THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE NOT A SOLICITATION. A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT NOVEMBER 28, 2025. The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center, currently has a requirement to renovate the existing bldg. 62 AC shop space to ensure it is safe and functional for the facility. The VAMC is located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504 . The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45 M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The construction magnitude is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
