- 11/19/2025: CANCELLATION - Effective 11/19/2025, Combined Synopsis Solicitation 36C25626Q0164 is hereby cancelled in its entirety. The Alexandria Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (VAHCS) no longer has a need for the procurement of counseling and mailing out of home sleep study devices. Alexandria VAHCS will procurement home sleep study devices in-house and provide all of the counseling and mailing out directly through the Alexandria VAHCS facility. ------------------------------------ 11/14/2025: Questions and Answers number 1 through 8 are hereby incorporated as an attachment to this combined synopsis solicitation; see attachment herein.
