- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with AVMedical to Durham VAMC. The Durham VA Health 508 Fulton St, Durham, NC has a requirement for Philips Physiological Monitoring System. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with VAAR 819.7008 soliciting from an SDVOSB single source. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. Under VAAR 819.7008, the Government decision not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
