Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on SAM.gov. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-05 and DFARS Change Notice 20251110. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: This solicitation is being issued as a: Request for Quote (RFQ), this acquisition is for: Total Small Business Set-Aside and North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery with a size standard is: $40 Million Dollars Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking to rent/lease five (5); three (3) 600AJ & (2) 600S JLG brand manlifts. The manlifts will be utilized to preform work in support of the submarine overhaul.
