Description

The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to provide portable chemical toilets and hand washing stations and cleaning services aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, CA; Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Fallbrook, CA; Marine Corps Recruiting Depot (MCRD), San Diego, CA; and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, CA. The period of performance is expected to begin on 1 March 2026. The anticipated procurement will be a Single-Award Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via SAM (www.sam.gov) on or around 21 November 2025. This is not a request for quotations. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Set-aside status: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 562991 (Portable toilet renting and/or servicing) with a size standard of $9M. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be accessible via SAM.gov. No CDs or hard copies will be available.
