Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Courier Services in support of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), which includes handling and transportation of Mail/Office Supplies/Documents, Sterile Processing Department (SPD) items, Soiled Reusable Medical Devices (RMD), Laundry, andMedical and Prosthetic equipment, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. See attached SF1449 for solicitation details. AMENDMENTS Amendment 0001: Change solicitation close date to Monday, November 24, 2025 at 10:00am EST and revise FAR Clause 52.212-2 - EVALUATION, Technical Evaluation Scoring Table on pg. 79.
