Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to upload updated Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 0001 The 11th Combat Air Base Squadron (CABS), is seeking to establish 3 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Heavy Equipment Rental in accordance with �Performance Work Statement� at Attachment 2. These BPAs will be used to support the 36 Civil Engineering Squadron at Andesern AFB.
