- Amendment 0003 is issued to respond to vendor questions. See the attached Q&A document and updated CSS and SOW. Note that we received a large number of repetitive questions. If you don't see your specific question, the answer should be in the Q&A under a similar question. The Solicitation and SOW have been updated to clarify some parts that came up in the questions (highlighted in red) Amendment 0002 is issued to extend the RFQ due date responses to 02 DEC 2025 at 2:00 pm EST. The Q&A will be posted on a forthcoming amendment 0003. Amendment 0001 is issued to update the hours on Attachment 2 Pricing Spreadsheet for the period of 52.217-8. Please review the updated spreadsheet. The U. S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA it is to obtain Acquisition Support services to support the MARAD Office of Acquisition in the areas of pre-award acquisition planning, source selection, contract administration, assist with the preparation and issuance of contracts, delivery orders, modifications and management of various contractual vehicles and operations management.
