- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA West Palm Beach Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8, will be publishing Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) # 36C248-26-R-0042 with the intent of awarding a lease with sufficient rentable square footage to yield 12,948 contiguous ABOA square feet of Medical Office and related space in Vero Beach, Florida. The space shall have a minimum of 100 parking spaces available. A lease up to 15 Years will be considered. New and Existing buildings will be considered. However, if not a new building, the space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone modernization, or adaptive reuse for the space with modern conveniences and must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2028.
