Please review the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation and return a completed copy. Please ensure to include and specifications and technical information relating to the units being quoted for technical evaluation. Place of Performance: Inital delivery to NLON- Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT with transport to PNSY- Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME. Period of Performance: 01/05/2026 � 01/04/2027 with an Options: Opt 1: 01/05/2027 - 01/04/2028 Opt 2: 01/05/2028 - 01/04/2029 Opt 3: 01/05/2029 - 04/04/2029 Opt 4: 04/04/2029 - 04/11/2029 (Optional task to deliver to homeport, currently NOB- Norfolk, VA from PNSY- Kittery, ME) Deadline for submissions is 12/04/2025 at 10:00 AM EST.
