- UPDATE ON TEM 15: The dates of the Army�s next network and C2-related Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM) with industry partners will be 29-30 JAN 2026 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and virtually via Microsoft Teams. The Army will host one-on-one sessions with industry and Program Managers on 29 JAN 2026; and the TEM 15 general session will be held on 30 JAN 2026.
