- A0002 The purpose of the amendment is to: The purpose of the amendment is to:1) Add updated Attachment 2 � CLIN Structure (11.24.2025).2)Provide updated answers to prospective vendor questions (see Attachment 8 � Responses to Questions and Comments (11.24.2025).3)Correct the date on block 9B. on previously issued SP7000-26-R-1001-0001 from 11/12/2025 to 10/28/2025.4)Correct the statement on block 11 on previously issued SP7000-26-R-1001-0001 from the following: a. Incorrect: The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth in Item 14. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offers is extended. b. Correct: The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth in Item 14. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offers is not extended. The closing date of solicitation SP7000-26-R-1001 remains unchanged at 12/02/2025 no later than 1:00PM EST .All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.\\ 0001The purpose of the amendment is to:1) Add updated Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) (11.07.2025). The Volume Band 1 Pages Per Minute (PPM) Minimum Speed requirement has been changed to 25 PPM. 2) Add updated Attachment 2 - CLIN Structure (11.06.2025). 3) Add updated SP7000-26-R-1001 (11.12.2025). The estimated Period of Performance start date was updated to May 1, 2026. The clauses and provisions were added to include DFARS 252.204-7021 and DFARS 252.204-7025. 4) Add Attachment 8 - Responses to Questions and Comments (11.06.2025)All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged. \\ SP7000-26-R-1001 - The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks to enter into up to three (3) Multiple Award IDIQ contracts with a maximum program total of up to $26.2 Million and the guaranteed minimum is $10,000 for each IDIQ contract issued. Once the maximum program ceiling is met there will be no further delivery orders issued. This requirement is for an up to 60 month lease of A3 Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices (hereafter collectively referred to as �devices�) Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) � Republic of Korea. Estimated number of devices: 2523. Specific details are found in sections II and III of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Attachments: 1 - Performance Work Statement; 2 - CLIN Structure; 3 - Performance Work Statement Compliance Form; 4 - Offeror Representations and Certifications; 5 - Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan; 6 - Answers to Previously Posted RFIs; 7 - Question and Comment Form. Solicitation Release Date: 10/28/2025. Solicitation Close Date: 12/02/2025 no later than 1:00 PM EST.
