- On behalf of Veterans Integrated Service Network 9 (VISN 9), Network Contracting Office 9 (NCO9) is issuing this Special Notice to solicit participation for an upcoming Virtual Industry Day. This is a Special Notice, not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Background: The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Nashville TN. is conducting market research through this Special Notice to identify potential experienced businesses that are capable of meeting the requirements per the Statement of Work (SOW) DRAFT attached. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 561210 - Facilities Support Services and sized standard is $47 M. Project requirements: This requirement will provide all labor, material, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Job Order Contract Services as stated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) DRAFT. Anticipated Period of Performance: 03/01/2026 through 02/28/2031 (5 years with ordering periods). Other important considerations: Cite any other information that is necessary for potential respondents to understand the nature of the potential requirement or proposed acquisition. Industry Day for Job Order Contract Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Nashville TN. The Government will host a Virtual Industry Day that will be completed during a MS Teams Meeting 12/3/2025 @10:00am (CT)(Tentative) to enhance market research prior to a pre-solicitation notice. The purpose of this acquisition is to establish reliable contracted services for the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Nashville TN. Facilities Management Service. This notice is to determine interest and capability of potentially qualified Businesses (all sizes) relative to the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) 561210 - Facilities Support Services and support an informed acquisition decision. At this time, the specific requirement is in a Draft status. Oral presentation appointments will be scheduled in advance. Interested parties for Job Order Contract Industry Day shall provide the following information: Company Name, Point of Contact Information (name, email and phone number), Company Social-Economic Status, Company Business Size for the NAICS Code listed above and a detailed Capabilities Statement to the following: Diane Ziegler via email diane.ziegler@va.gov .
