- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division, Crane, IN 47522 has a requirement for evaluation, repair, and refurbishment of SPS-67(V)1 and evaluation, repair, refurbishment, and new manufacture of SPS-67(V)3/5 Rotary Couplers. This requirement is planned as a Firm-Fixed price (FFP) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) solicitation for a period of five (5) years for US Navy and Foreign Military Sales in FY 2026 with anticipated award being in the 4th quarter of FY 2026 at an estimated value of $4.8 Million. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.1. Delivery is required as FOB Destination. Contractors must be properly registered in both Sam.gov and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx. This pre-solicitation notice is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. This is not a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation, and this information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
