Amendment 1: The offers due date is extended to 12/16/2025 to allow time to publish the answers to the questions received in response to the solicitation. Added the SF-30 Amendment of Solicitation form named ""B05-A01 Amendment to Offers-Due Date Zuni Roof Replacement and Fall Protection Construction"". Remember to acknowledge this and all amendments with your offer. RFP Title: Zuni Roof Replacement and Fall Protection Construction Period of Performance: 180 days. Construction Magnitude: magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract Type: FFP Goal: This project will provide for the needed replacement of the roofing systems at the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center; and to include a fall protection system. Site Visit & Preproposal Conference: Refer to L.5 (page 51 of RFP Zuni Roof Replace-Fall Protect) Including the RFP, there are nine (9) attachments.
