- Contractor shall provide Water Quality Testing supporting VA Northern California Health Care System in accordance with the statement of work. Period of Performance: Base Year: 1/3/2026 � 1/2/2027 Option Year 1: 1/3/2027 � 1/2/2028 Option Year 2: 1/3/2028 � 1/2/2029 Option Year 3: 1/3/2029 � 1/2/2030 Option Year 4: 1/3/2030 � 1/2/2031 Questions regarding this RFQ are due by 10:00 AM PST on 12/15/2025. Questions shall be submitted by email only to david.alvarez4@va.gov. Phone calls will not be accepted. Site visit will be held on the following dates and times for the following locations (times all PST): Redding: Dec 8th, 11:00am, Mather: Dec 9th, 9:00am, Stockton: Dec 10th, 9:00am, Martinez: Dec 11th, 9:00am Mare Island: Dec 11th, Directly following Martinez visit.
