- AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date to 12/10/2025 @ 10 AM MT. No other changes have been made with this amendment. All responses due no later than 10:00 AM MT 12/10/2025 via email only to Katharine Robert, at katharine.robert@va.gov . See the attached solicitation for submission instructions and required submittals under FAR 52.212-1, and evaluation factors under FAR 52.212-2. This is a solicitation for commercial products and commercial services. The Government contemplates a single award of a base plus four option year, Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity contract resulting from this solicitation. This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside solicitation for Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) Services for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System (PVAHCS). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 485991, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The FSC/PSC is V212. The anticipated period of performance is 01/01/2026 - 12/31/2030 [subject to change].
