- This procurement for under/above ground storage tank inspection & testing at the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System (Marion & Fort Wayne campuses) is being conducted under FAR 12 & 13 and is set aside 100% for small businesses. All questions will be answered via solicitation amendment and should be submitted via e-mail to tiera.sims@va.gov no later than Friday November 28, 2025 at 1pm EDT. No phone calls will be accepted. Quotes are due by Friday December 5, 2025 at 1pm EDT (local time).
