Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z03326Q30481004 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price. Description of Requirement:?trash collection services. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2025-06 Effective Date 10/01/2025, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM 11/03/2025, CGAP 06/20/2025. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the?availability?of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
