- Description
- This Request for Quote (RFQ), W91CRB-26-R-STTS, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Tunisia. This requirement is for the procurement of QTY 100 Smart Thor HD 384 Thermal Sights, TU-B-UAB, ARP # AE25083. Attached is the Combined Synopsis solicitation, Offeror's quotes MUST include ALL required items in order to be considered. See attached solicitation for details of items being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper . All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through SAM.gov. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Charrissa Stancell, Contract Specialist, via email to: charrissa.m.stancell.civ@army.mil no later than 10:00am EST on 11 December 2025. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed. All offers are due no later than 10:00am EST on 18 December 2025. An email confirmation must be received to be considered submitted.
