Presolicitation Notice GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Corpus Christi Delineated Area: North: Leopard St to N Port Ave to E Port Ave East: N. Chaparral St to Resaca St to N Shoreline Blvd. to S Shoreline Blvd. South: Morgan Ave West: Airport Rd to Old Robstown Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,516 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,167 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 14 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 14 Full Term: 17 Years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: ? The Agency must not be co-located on the same floor as any of the following government agencies: Office of the U.S. Attorney, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Probation Office, Pretrial Services Office, Bureau of Prisons, or any other law enforcement agencies. ? Must provide the appearance of a dignified and professional law office. ? Daytime cleaning is required to be performed. ? Offered space must be contiguous on one floor. ? The space will be occupied by a customer-facing agency. ? LAN/Server room requires 24/7 cooling. 06/2025 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. It is preferred that the offered space shall not be in the 1- percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). The space will be occupied by a customer-facing agency. Example agencies: SSA, FPD, IRS, VA, EOIR, etc. customers that provide a service to the public. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
