- December 4, 2025 Update: Please see in the attachments a Q&A document for offerors to reference. Also see photos of the exterior worksite cleared by the security post for uploading. Note that the due date of the SIR is unchanged. November 21, 2025 Update: Please see SIR/Solicitation Amendment 0001 in the attachments to this posting. SIR/Solicitation proposal due date extended to 12/16/25 by 3:00 PM CT to allow the FAA time to evaluation RFIs/questions. FAA SIR No. 6973GH-26-R-00009 (Stafford Building Major Electrical Upgrade - Construction) Please note the following: 1) THIS PROCUREMENT IS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION 2) The Estimate Price Range: $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 3) A MANDATORY site visit will occur on November 6th. Please see Section L for instructions on how to get on the list to attend. 3) Any questions are due on or before November 14th 3 P.M. CT. See Section L for additional information regarding questions. 4) Proposals are due on or before December 2nd 3:00 P.M. CT. 5) Please thoroughly review all attachments to this SAM.gov posting. Contract will be for major electric work/upgrades to the Thomas P. Stafford Building at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK.
