- On 12/4/2025, Amendment 01 was issued to Replace Exhibit R- Proposal form, Repalce Drawing No.'s 3-7-103-B_E-1A, 3-7-103-B_E-5, and 3-7-103-B_E-10 with Revised drawings, and to providfe respones to questions from prospective offerors. See atatched files for more information. The Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, overhead, insurance, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform the work described in the Statement of Work entitled, �P-F3 to P-F4 15 KV Cable Install, Project 3-7-103B� dated November 3, 2025 and Drawing Set entitled �P-F3 to P-F4, 15KV Cable Installation, Project No. 3-7-103B, dated October 2025, Specification Sections 010010 � General Requirements (March 2025), Section 013100 FRA Environment, Safety, and Health Requirements (April 2025), Section 013300 � Submittals (January 2025), Section 014100 � Quality Requirements (October 2025), mentioned therein, which the specifications, drawings, and other documents are attached to and hereby made a part of this Solicitation.
