- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOR A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price, five-year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for the procurement of the following item. Noun: M334 Decontamination Kit, Individual Equipment NSN: 4230-01-643-8267 Part Number: EA-D-10041 Unit of Issue: Each (EA) Estimated Five Year Quantity: 1,319,475 EA Minimum Guaranteed Contract Quantity: 33,960 EA NAICS Code: 325998 Product Service Code: 4230 Inspection: Origin Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packaging: B The associated solicitation, W912CH-25-R-0078, is anticipated for release in the next two months. All required technical information and specific due date and time will be provided in the solicitation. The intended solicitation, and any amendments, will be issued electronically. The Government is under no obligation, and is in fact unable, to maintain a mailing list. Interested parties shall periodically access SAM.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
