- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number N62789-26-Q-0006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 with a publication date of August 27, 2025. This is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS Code: 331210, size standard: 1000. The Contractor shall manufacture or provide: CLIN 0001: 304 Stainless Steel threaded pipe fitting, low pressure, bushing adapter, 2� NPT Male X 1-1/4� NPT female, Quantity 160 CLIN 0002: Standard Wall 304 Stainless Steel Pipe nipple, threaded on both ends, 1-1/4� NPT, 4� long, Quantity 100 CLIN 0003: 304 Stainless Steel threaded pipe fitting, threaded on both ends, low pressure, 90-degree elbow connector, 2� NPT female, Quantity 40 CLIN 0004: Standard Port, 316 Stainless Steel body, ON/OFF valve with lockable lever handle, 1-1/4� NPT female threads on inlet and outlet of valve, Quantity 40 CLIN 0005: 304 Stainless Steel pipe fitting, low pressure, straight connector, 2� NPT female, threaded on both ends, Quantity 60 CLIN 0006: Standard wall, 304 Stainless Steel pipe nipple, threaded on both ends, 2� NPT, 4� Long, Quantity 150 CLIN 0007: Contractor shall Deliver/Ship (FOB Destination). Evaluation of all line items will not obligate the Government to award all line items. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government reserves the right to award one line, all line items or any combination thereof. If multiple line items are awarded, costs/prices for each line item will be totaled and award amount will be based on that total. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the best overall value, price and other factors considered. In determining the best overall response, the combined non-cost/price factors are more important than the cost/price factor; however, cost/price is a significant factor. The Government may select for award the offeror whose price is not necessarily the lowest, but whose technical proposal is more advantageous to the Government and warrants the additional cost. Offerors must satisfy the requirements described in the performance criteria, as well as other RFQ requirements. Offers that take exception to any performance criteria are unacceptable. Proposals are due prior to 5:00PM EST, 18 DECEMBER 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Offers should be submitted via electronic commerce.
