- Invitation for Bid (IFB) 36C77625B0034 for the Construct Addition and Renovate Bldg. 3 for Pharmacy and Associated ADA Parking Minor Construction project at the Wichita VA Medical Center is hereby cancelled in its entirety. This cancellation is a direct result of budget funding constraints. The bid received exceeded the statutory minor limit and no award could be made. VHA Procurement Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) will not be the Contracting Office concerning any re-procurement of this project. VHA PCAC and VISN 15 will determine the procurement strategy for any re-procurement.
