Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, located at 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane WA 99205, in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to solicit from a sole source. Control Solutions Northwest, Inc., located at 7222 East Nora AVE., Spokane, WA 99212, has sole proprietary rights for servicing the Schneider Electric Intelligent Automation (I/A) Building Automation System Maintenance (Specifically, any part, master level EcoPartner, controllers, DDC controls, DDC boards and relays that are manufactured by Barber Coleman, Robertshaw, Invensys, Network 8000 and TAC I/A Series product lines) for the Automatic Temperature Control, Building Management System and Energy Management System. The NAICS Code is 238220 and the size standard is $19.0 million. This will be a base plus four(4) option years, firm-fixed price contract. Base year: September 01, 2025 through August 31, 2026 Option year 1: September 01, 2026 through August 31, 2027 Option year 2: September 01, 2027 through August 31, 2028 Option year 3: September 01, 2028 through August 31, 2029 Option year 4: September 01, 2029 through August 31, 2030 The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or Sole sourcing, is 41 U.S.C. 253(c), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(a). This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide maintenance Schneider Electric Intelligent Automation (I/A) Building Automation System located at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, Spokane WA.
