Description
The Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, would like to invite your company to supply Air Purifiers/ Filters (110V) to the United States Embassy in Riyadh. All literature and discussions pertaining to this project will be in the English language. Any translations if desired by the offerors must be made at their expense. If you intend to submit a proposal, make sure you submit technical information along with specifications, images, and brochures/catalogues. Blue Air Purifiers Classic 605 110V 60HZ or equivalent - Each 50 Blue Air Purifiers Classic 480i 110v 60Hz or equivalent - Each 100 Blue Air Purifiers Classic 480i - filters or equivalent - Each 100 Blue Air Purifiers Classic 605 - filters or equivalent - Each 50 Proposal Submission Quotations must be submitted by email to RiyadhContracting@state.gov before 17:00 Hrs. (Riyadh time) on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Proposals received after 17:00h (Riyadh time) on this date will not be accepted. Proposals must meet all requirements contained herein. Proposals without complete information and without supporting documents will not be accepted and will not be considered for evaluation. Please provide any questions on or before Sunday, January 18, 2026. Technical Requirements Complete specifications with brand names and model numbers. Datasheet for the proposed item. Delivery time frame after award. Warranty coverage details. OTHER REQUIREMENTS All proposals and other correspondence must be written and provided in the English language. The proposal must be dated, signed, and valid for 30 calendar days after the closing date of the request for quote (RFQ). Offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of offers. Offerors not registered in SAMs, may complete the registration through the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov For additional information related to entity registration, see Attachment 1 - Entity Checklist (PDF) and Attachment 2 - Quick Start Guide for International Registration (PDF). The contract award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures. Local offerors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must provide evidence that the offeror operates an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing, and is registered to conduct business. Responsibility will be determined by analyzing whether the apparent successful offeror complies with the requirement of FAR Subpart 9.1 including: Ability to comply with the required performance period, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments. Satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. Necessary organization, experience, and skills or the ability to obtain them. Necessary equipment and facilities or the ability to obtain them. Be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations. Embassy will not provide any documentation for the clearance. Competition. The contract award is subject to the laws and regulations of the United States Government. This requirement is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject all proposals. Payment Terms. Payment will be processed once services have been fully completed and goods received.
