- Description
- The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi requires services from a competent contractor to maintain Chillers equipment in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for scheduled annual maintenance services paid at the annual rate below. These rates include all costs associated with providing Chiller maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer�s warranty including materials, labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5) including DBA, police clearance certificate, overhead, profit and VAT (if applicable). The contract will be for a one-year period, with four one-year optional periods of performance. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated.
