- This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside. Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full specifications) to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Thursday 15 January 2026 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. IF shipping is not included in the price please include a line item for shipping. Requirements See Attached Redacted Brand Name Justification Brand: Keysight Email subject line must include Solicitation Number and vendor name at beginning of subject line. See attached documents for the product description and quantity Award will be based on the best value of the government considering pricing, delivery, quality and past performance. The procurement is for Test Equipment, as follows: This action will award a firm fixed price order on a brand name specific basis to the lowest price offeror that is an authorized reseller of Keysight brand products.
