The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to DEC Electronic Assembly LLC Entity ID HNBMTBE4EZP4, CAGE Code 5LGW7, of 1790 E Mcfadden AVE STE 105 Santa Ana, California 92705-4638, United States. The requirement is for the procurement of circuit card assemblies (CCA). The procurement will be structured into three (3) distinct but integrated line items: CLIN 0001Manufacturer: DEC Electronic Assembly, LLCDescription: Non-recurring Engineering (NRE) - Printed Wiring Board (PWB) FabricationPart Number: IPC-6012 Class 3 with CouponsQuantity: 200 eachCLIN 0002Manufacturer: DEC Electronic Assembly, LLC Description: Assembly, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA)Part Number: IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, Class 3 Assembly / Solder Process: SnPbQuantity: 1 LotCLIN 0003Manufacturer: DEC Electronic Assembly, LLCDescription: CCA Component KitPart Number: Not AvailableQuantity: 200 eachThe Government intends to negotiate solely with DEC Electronic Assembly LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government?s requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 334418 ? Printed Circuit Assembly (Electronic Assembly) Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 employees.Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to stephen.a.oneill8.civ@us.navy.mil by 28 January 2026, 11AM Pacific Time.
