- This is a source(s) sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified vendors for market research purposes only. The Department of Veteran Affairs is looking for a REM Certified Pharmacy to procure Generic Lenalidomide in all the available dosages to be sent to veterans REM Certified Pharmacy. The Pharmaceuticals must also be compliant with the Executive Order Delivering Most-favored-Nation Prescription Drug Pricing to American Patients (Dated May 12, 2025) allowing for the procurement of generic versions of pharmaceuticals when possible. The Pharmaceuticals must be compliant with 52.225-1 Buy American-Supplies requirements. Product or Service Code: 6505 - Drugs and Biologicals NAICS Code: 325412 - Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing Size Standard for NAICS Code: 1,300 Employees Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. If your organization can provide the above request procurement, please respond to this source(s) sought notice. Please email that following: Company information including the company name, address, SAM Unique ID. Is your organization REMS Certified pharmacy? Can you pharmacy provide Generic Lenalidomide? Is the Generic Lenalidomide compliant with 52.225-1 Buy American-Supplies requirements?? Please also include information if you company is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantage Business, Women-owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a) Certified or Large Business. Please identify if this procurement may be procured through your GSA Contract, FSS Contract, SEWP Contract or any other Contract that allows orders to be places against it.
