Special Notice: W912PM26RA004 Title: Philpott Anchors Construction The Industry Day Meeting for the Philpott Anchors Construction will occur on 21 January 2026 at 9:00 AM EST at Philpott Lake Visitor Center and Museum 1058 Philpott Dam Road, Bassett, VA 24055. The point of contact is Mr. Christopher Powell. He can be reached at (276)629-4512 Ext. 8224. In addition, a draft solicitation and draft specifications are attached to this notice. This is ONLY a draft solicitation and proposals will not be accepted. NOTE: All questions are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry via the Projnet website at https://www.projnet.org prior to 2 February 2026. The Bidder Inquiry key is 3359F6-8VVZJS. Please RSVP no later than 3PM ET 16 January 2025 to both Troy D. Small and Jenifer Garland at troy.d.small@usace.army.mil and jenifer.m.garland@usace.army.mil if you plan to attend the Industry Day. Please note that the following Personal Provective Equipment (PPE) is required Hardhat, safety toed shoes, safety glasses, high visibility vest or top.
