Description

Ponce Out-Patient Clinic (POPC) Exhaust Hoods and Ductwork Cleaning Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24826Q0190 The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions made by vendors in response to solicitation no. 36C24826Q0190, and to schedule a Site Visit at the POPC. The answers to questions made in response to the aforementioned solicitation can be seen below. Additionally, a Site Visit will be conducted on January 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM, at the VACHS. The meeting place will be at the POPC entrance, near the front desk. Additionally, the quote submission deadline is hereby changed to 01/23/2026, at 3:00 PM AST. There are no additional changes to this solicitation. 1. Question: Is there an incumbent Contractor currently performing these services? Answer: No. The solicitation being issued is for a new contract. 2. Question: Will there be an opportunity to visit the area in which services are to be performed before the quote submission deadline? Answer: Yes. There will be a site visit conducted at the POPC on 01/20/2026, at 3:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST). The address for the POPC is the following: VA Eur�pides Rubio Clinic-Ponce OPC- Outpatient Clinic, 1802 Navarra Street, Ponce, P.R. 00716-2001. 3- Question: How many exhaust hoods are there? And what type? Answer: There is only one (1) exhaust hood and one (1) exhaust fan at the POPC. The exhaust hood and fan are Grease Master (see pictures below). It is also worth mentioning that there are approximately seventy-five (75) linear feet in between the exhaust hood and the exhaust fan.
