- The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the deadline of the requirement and answer questions from industry. The deadline for this solicitation is hereby changed to 1:30 PM EST on 1/20/2026. All responses are to be emailed to Joshua.Kovar@VA.gov. Questions and Answers: As has been the VA and Federal Government contracting standard for years, solicitation packets are typically accompanied by an SF1449 which is partially populated and signed by the contractor with their submittal. We don t see an SF1449 included in the solicitation packet, but do see APPENDIX B: VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONCURRENCE TABLE . Will the VA please confirm whether this form is intended to replace an SF1449, or will an SF1449 be generated? Appendix B, APPENDIX B: VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONCURRENCE TABLE shall replace the SF1449 of this combined synopsis. We noticed there are several expected CLIN s missing related to Cost to Pick Up (Including Transportation) for the below locations and containers. Will the VA please review and add the relevant CLIN s to the Pricing Sheet accordingly? Chillicothe: 2 40 Yard Open Top Dumpsters Serviced On Call The CLINS for the rental fees for the 40 yard open top roll off dumpsters are X0002AB and X0002AC. The estimated number of on-call pickups are CLIN 0004AC. Cincinnati: 32 Yard Compactor Serviced 2x/Week, and 2 40 Yard Open Top Dumpsters Serviced On Call The rental fees for the compactor are X010AA and the 40 yard on call rental fees are 0010AH. Ft. Thomas: 40 Yard Open Top Dumpster Serviced 1x/Week The clin is X011AD for the haul, the clin for the rental fees is X010AF Dayton: 2 35 Yard High Construction Dumpsters Serviced On Call The clins for the rental fees for 35 yard high construction dumpster is X0014AN and X0014AP. The Haul fees are on call and x016AA. While reviewing the solicitation documents, we noted that the Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) were requested to be submitted by 1 January 2026 at 1:30 PM EST. A. They are due with the responses. That date was pushed back and the ppq form was not updated. The name of the incumbent contractor currently or most recently performing these services.
