Description

This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). PROJECT TITLE: Bid-Build (B/B) Renovate Various Spaces at Lake Nona PROJECT NUMBER: 675-23-105 PROJECT SUMMARY: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (OVAHCS), is seeking professional construction services to construct the project titled Renovate Various Spaces at Lake Nona located at the OVAHCS, Lake Nona facility, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827. The contractor shall furnish all construction services including labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision as necessary to construct the project described herein and other specified tasks as further defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The construction shall be in accordance with the 100% design drawings and specifications for this project. Refer to attachments for further details. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 448 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). PERFORMANCE LOCATION: Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (OVAHCS), located at Lake Nona Facility. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $1,000,000.00 and $3,000,000.00.
