- The Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the community, to include both small and large businesses, for production of the military-unique item listed below: Canister, Chemical-Biological Mask: M61 NSN: 4240-01-529-2289 PART NO.: 5-1-4172 FAT: Required Responses to this notice will assist ACC-DTA in planning for a potential five-year contract.
